All potential clients should fill out a new client questionnaire prior to a phone consultation. If a phone consultation is needed, then we would discuss basic details about your business, expectations, and deadline to make sure we'd be a good for each other. 

All requested projects require a 50% upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my scheduled. The remaining 50% will be due when the work has been completed. Contact me today to get started.

Accepted payments include Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check or Cash App.

Your designer needs the most clear instructions that you can provide. I know many people do not know what they want and the client may consider finding some examples for inspiration.

After the consultation via questionnaire or phone call then I will begin the design process after the deposit has been made. Once the design has been created then I will send 1-2 proofs to your email for feedback. After I have received your feedback if any changes are requested then I will resend with updated proof. If the design is approved after the 2 approved no cost edits then I will move forward to sending the final design.

Only two revisions are allowed before an additional cost of $5 per edit.

Project turn around times depend on how many projects you desire, as well as client response times. Typically, the turn around time for products and services takes about 1-2 weeks.

Yes, If I have time in my schedule, I can sometimes accommodate jobs with tight deadlines. Rush fee of $15 will be added to your total cost if projects are needed faster then normal turn around time. I prefer individuals interested in services to reach out at least 3-4 weeks in advance, but no later than 2 weeks before their deadline.

Final projects files can be delivered by a variety of means. Files can be emailed to you, drop box or google drive for you to download.
