1. What kind of graphic design services do you offer?

• Logo design 

• Corporate branding

• Digital Template -  Invitations and event flyers ONLY

• Outdoor & Signage (lawn signs, welcome signs, etc.)

• Personalized party favors (chips, drinks, candy, capri suns, labels, etc .)

• Printed design (bookmarks, business cards, flyers, invitations, signage) 

2. What does a consultation entail? 

All potential clients should fill out a new client questionnaire prior to a phone consultation. If a phone consultation is needed, then we would discuss basic details about your business, expectations, and deadline to make sure we'd be a good for each other. 

3. What do I need to get a project started? 

All requested projects require a 50% upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my scheduled. The remaining 50% will be due when the work has been completed. Contact me today to get started.

4. What payments are accepted?

Accepted payments include Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check or Cash App.

5. What does my designer need from me? 

Your designer needs the most clear instructions that you can provide. I know many people do not know what they want and the client may consider finding some examples for inspiration.

6. How does the design process work?

After the consultation via questionnaire or phone call then I will begin the design process after the deposit has been made. Once the design has been created then I will send 1-2 proofs to your email for feedback. After I have received your feedback if any changes are requested then I will resend with updated proof. If the design is approved after the 2 approved no cost edits then I will move forward to sending the final design.

7. How many revisions am I allowed to have?

Only two revisions are allowed before an additional cost of $5 per edit.

Some examples of what revisions are: 

• fixing grammar or spelling mistakes

•  changing the font type 

• small layout changes

• changing colors. 

Revisions are not: 

• entire text changes 

• full concept changes

• requesting new options

8. How long does a project time? What is your turn around time? 

Project turn around times depend on how many projects you desire, as well as client response times. Typically, the turn around time for products and services takes about 1-2 weeks.

9. Do you do any last minute jobs?

Yes, If I have time in my schedule, I can sometimes accommodate jobs with tight deadlines. Rush fee of $15 will be added to your total cost if projects are needed faster then normal turn around time. I prefer individuals interested in services to reach out at least 3-4 weeks in advance, but no later than 2 weeks before their deadline.

10. How is the final product sent? 

Final projects files can be delivered by a variety of means. Files can be emailed to you, drop box or google drive for you to download.
